Cromer Crab Boats in the Mist (watercolour) The main requirement was to ensure the correct recession of tones from front to back. This has given a real three dimensional feel to this scene

Cromer Groyn Medium: Watercolour The dark silhouette of this groyn helps to emphasise the silvery light on the sea. |

Last Mooring Medium: Watercolour This boat which is about a mile inshore on the salt marsh at Blakeney was painted in 2001. Since then someone has e-mailed me to tell me that there is a special interest group on the photographic site, Flickr and the photos on the site show that it has deteriorated considerably since 2001. |
