This church will be familiar to the many millions of viewers who have enjoyed the BBC sitcom "The Vicar of Dibley."
Its latest claim to fame is that it is the last resting place of the playwright John Mortimer who died in January 2009
When I visited it, it was a blaze of Autumn colour as can be seen here.
